I had a lazy day today but "M" worked at the rental property with his Dad. Our fence needed repairing as did some things inside the unit. "M" lived in this property when I met him and it was my first home in Perth. We decided to keep the property and rent it when we moved out and bought the house we're in now. We had great tenants for the first two years but they recently relocated to the Northern Territory. We have a showing tomorrow and hope that we will find the ideal tenants.
